Nutri Link is designed to support the secure handling of protected health information (PHI). This statement summarizes our HIPAA-aligned safeguards. This is placeholder content — it will be replaced with your finalized compliance statement.
Nutri Link follows HIPAA best practices throughout the platform. All health-related data is treated as protected health information and handled with clinical-grade security controls.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. Access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions, and every access to health records is limited to the patient and their designated nutritionist.
We enforce strict internal access policies, staff training on privacy and security, and audit logging of platform activity. Our infrastructure runs in secure, access-controlled data centers.
For clinics that require a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA), we are happy to provide one. Contact us at hello@nutrilink.pro to request a BAA for your practice.
Patients have the right to access their records, request corrections, and request deletion of their data. Your designated nutritionist controls access to your clinical information at all times.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@nutrilink.pro.
